    Product

    Perfume Obsession’s product descriptions and associated images are accurate at time of publication. Please be aware that there may be some changes to colour and design if products are updated.

    Pricing

    Prices are in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are accurate at the time of publication. The price is confirmed in an email sent to customers when the order is processed.

    Ordering

    Product availability and delivery time are determined by the availability of stock. We strive to have all products available at the time of ordering. If there are delays, a Perfume Obsession representative will contact the customer.

    An email is sent to the customer to confirm the order. This confirmation email is the contract between Perfume Obsession and the customer. Perfume Obsession reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.

    Shipping

    Products in stock are shipped within 24 hours. Orders over $70 have FREE shipping*.

    Standard shipping is $8 per package and delivered within Australia in 2 – 6 working days. Express shipping is $16 per package and delivered the next working day. Our carrier may change these prices without notice.

    * Standard delivery only. Perfume Obsession takes no responsibility for lose or damage of the product in transit.

    Returns & Refunds

    Perfume Obsession is happy to provide credit or a refund if the customer finds fault with the product. The package must be unopened, including outer packaging, and the customer must provide a valid receipt. The package must be returned in seven (7) working days and shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please return unopened packages to:

    Perfume Obsession will not exchange or refund on grounds of personal taste.
